ROLE: Senior Facilities Coordinator
HOURS: Full time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
LOCATION: On-site - Doncaster (DN1)
Our client is looking for a Senior Facilities Coordinator to act as the customer-facing representative for our facilities services, bringing together multiple service lines into one seamless point of contact and enhancing the day-to-day workplace experience for building users.
- Act as the first point of contact for all facilities-related enquiries, logging and managing requests through the CAFM system to ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with building occupants and floor leaders, holding regular meetings to communicate updates, issues and outstanding work.
- Monitor service delivery standards across the allocated area, sharing best practice with colleagues to continuously improve performance.
- Play an active role during fire and emergency procedures in line with site requirements.
- Strong IT skills, with competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A flexible, adaptable approach with good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations positively.
