A leading consumer goods business responsible for numerous globally recognised brands is looking for a contractor to strengthen its North Europe Digital team. You will join a forward-thinking CRM Digitalisation function focused on improving customer experience and digital platform performance.
You will act as the key point of contact for digital tools across the region, supporting internal users, managing technical queries and helping evolve B2B e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, managing user access, updating platform content, supporting new functionality rollouts and documenting enhancements. You will liaise closely with Customer Service, IT, Digital and Commercial teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
