Hays are now looking for a Product Manager for one of our local clients: £400 p/d Inside IR35 Remote 6 months+ contract. Must have worked on digital projects for public sector.
We're looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a digital product through its full lifecycle, from discovery and delivery through to continuous improvement. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, using user insight, data and stakeholder feedback to prioritise delivery, define product direction and maximise value.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own and manage products through all stages of the product lifecycle
- Define, maintain and communicate product roadmaps and priorities
- Work with users, stakeholders and delivery teams to understand needs and shape solutions
- Translate user research and business objectives into clear product outcomes
- Prioritise backlogs and make informed trade-off decisions
- Use data, KPIs and user feedback to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Support Agile delivery teams and promote product-led ways of working
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations across the organisation
- Contribute to product strategy, vision and business case development
- Ensure products deliver measurable value and meet agreed objectives
