We're looking for an experienced Digital Communications Manager to play a key role on one of the UK's largest and most complex transformation programmes. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic storyteller who thrives in change environments and knows how to turn complexity into compelling, human-centred communications that cut through. Due to the nature of this role, you must be based in the central belt area to apply.
Your new role
You'll lead the planning and delivery of engaging, creative digital communications that bring a major transformation programme to life. Working across channels including SharePoint, email, Teams, video, podcasts and animation, your focus will be on delivering a clear, cohesive narrative that informs, inspires and drives positive behaviour change. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Engagement, you'll work closely with designers, change specialists, insights leads and senior stakeholders to create standout content that resonates with diverse audiences at pace.
A core early priority will be leading the refresh and optimisation of the programme's SharePoint website, ensuring it becomes a clear, engaging and trusted single source of truth. You'll shape and deliver a consistent digital narrative across all channels, ensuring communications are aligned, impactful and strategically focused.
