Join our client's Repairs Maintenance team and help us deliver safe, warm, high-quality homes our residents are proud of. We're looking for a Repairs Surveyor to inspect properties, diagnose building issues, manage contractors, and ensure repairs are completed to the organisation's standards. You'll handle Damp, Mould Condensation inspections, specify remedial works, and make sure repairs are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellent customer satisfaction.
