Your new role

This role sits at the heart of the London finance function, supporting day-to-day financial operations while acting as a key link between the local business and Head Office, ensuring strong financial control, regulatory compliance, and effective cross-border alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day finance operations, including oversight of financial reporting, month-end close, and balance sheet integrity.
  • Manage the monthly reporting cycle, including trial balance review, variance analysis, and product control across treasury and FX activities.
  • Oversee regulatory and statutory reporting, ensuring full compliance with PRA and FCA requirements and coordinating external and internal audits.
  • Monitor liquidity and ALM metrics (including LCR and NSFR), supporting ALCO reporting and asset-liability management activities.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in collaboration with business units.
  • Act as a key liaison with Head Office, ensuring alignment on reporting, policies, and cross-border initiatives.
