Overview: We are seeking a skilled Datacentre Engineerwith a strong mechanical and technical background to support the Customisation Deployment of server/enterprise equipment within high-performance and Datacentre environments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Datacentres.
We are looking for the above skillset/experience combined with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
This role will be based in our Hatfield Integration Centre working closely with our Operational, consultancy infrastructure teams.
Location: Hatfield AL10 9TW Rate: An hourly rate, in-scope IR35, of £15.99 (PAYE) OR £20.75 per hour (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).

Timings: Mon - Fri (08:00 AM to 04:00 PM) Key Responsibilities Rack n stack of active Network hardware, switches, routers servers Understand and follow patching schedule/cut sheet.
Installing power and data connection cables within server networking racks.
Follow instructions and providing on-site support to remote network and systems administrators.
