We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner with significant Employee Relations expertise to join a highly professional and evolving organisation on a 6-month contract.This is an excellent opportunity for an ER professional who enjoys managing complex people matters while also influencing policy, leadership decision-making, and organisational culture. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will partner with leaders across the business to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice and support on a broad range of employee relations matters.

The Role

As a trusted adviser, you will play a key role in supporting managers through complex and sensitive employee issues while helping to strengthen people practices and mitigate organisational risk.Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and workplace conflict matters.
• Providing expert guidance to leaders and managers on employment law, policies and best practice.
• Supporting investigations and advising on fair, balanced and commercially appropriate outcomes.
• Acting as a senior escalation point for complex ER issues.
• Reviewing and enhancing people policies, procedures and guidance.
