We're supporting a major organisation investing heavily in its Technology and Cyber Security capabilities and are looking for an experienced Technical Cyber Education Awareness Manager to help drive a security-first culture across a large technical workforce. This role will focus on designing and delivering engaging cyber education programmes for developers, engineers and architects, helping technical teams build secure solutions, reduce risk and improve cyber resilience. Working closely with security, engineering and technology stakeholders, you'll use data and insights to shape learning initiatives and measure their real world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evolve cybersecurity education and awareness programmes for technical audiences
  • Design and deliver security training for developers, engineers, architects and other technical teams
  • Partner with Application Security, DevSecOps, IAM and other cyber functions to identify skills gaps and learning opportunities
