Your new company I am currently working with a business that is looking to recruit a highly organised and customer-focused scheduler to join their busy in-house team delivering essential maintenance services across social housing and local authority contracts.

This is a fast-paced administrative role where you will be responsible for coordinating engineer appointments, liaising with residents, and ensuring maintenance works are scheduled efficiently to meet client service levels.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing an excellent customer experience while supporting the smooth delivery of essential maintenance services to residential properties.

Your new role Scheduling and coordinating appointments for engineers attending residential properties.

Contacting residents to arrange, confirm, and reschedule appointments as required.

Managing engineers' diaries to maximise efficiency and productivity.

Responding to inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and empathetic manner.

Updating internal systems with accurate appointment and customer information.

Liaising with tenants, clients, engineers, and internal departments to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.

Monitoring outstanding appointments and following up where necessary.

Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
