Your New Company An excellent opportunity is available to work for a small but friendly business close to Wandsworth for a Customer Service and Maintenance Assistant on a permanent contract. The organisation deals with remains and maintenance for an eco-friendly product and deals with the financing for those products. This opportunity offers a generous salary of £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience with hybrid working available, initially 1 day from home during probation and 2 days working from home after probation. Your new role Duties will include speaking to customers/homeowners over the phone and giving advice and support on contracts, occasionally dealing with complaints. You will log data using CRM and create site reports for engineers and technicians, so using Excel and having a high attention to detail is essential. You will process warranties, and liaise with 3rd parties to collate data whilst supporting the operations and maintenance team with planning/bookings and any other ad hoc duties. You will manage technician’s diaries and deal with queries via phone, emails and letter. What You’ll Need To Succeed In order to be successful, you must have good customer service experience within an office environment (non-retail), you will have some data entry experience and ideally, be adept at creating and running reports.
