Job Description

We have an opportunity for a proactive and personable Customer Liaison Officer to start immediately. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 6-8 weeks, on a full-time basis, working 40 hours a week. We are offering hourly rates between £15 and £17 an hour and access to a company vehicle. Your new role

  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants throughout the project
  • Provide clear updates on work schedules, access requirements, and progress
  • Handle queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Liaise with site managers and contractors to coordinate resident needs
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and appointments

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a CLO, Resident Liaison, or similar role
  • Background in social housing (roofing experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Full UK Driving Licence
