About the Role
We are seeking confident and passionate SEN practitioners who can:
- Support pupils with a range of complex needs
- Lead small-group or 1:1 interventions using HLTA-level expertise
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and therapy teams
- Adapt learning materials to support differentiated provision
- Promote independence, engagement and positive outcomes for all students
What We're Looking For
To be successful in these roles, you will need:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working in SEN or specialist education settings
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A flexible, proactive and compassionate approach
- Fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
