We are looking for a prospering and passionate CRM-focused individual to join an organisation that has been going for over 100 years, as they go on a digital journey!
Role:
- Creating and maintaining reports that form strategic decision-making
- Responsible for the integrity, health and cleansing of data
- Coach and mentor colleagues to maximise performance and engagement
- Support the CRM Lead in implementing processes and solutions
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the CRM roadmap is supported
- Collaborate with the Apps team to ensure the CRM effectively supports
Experience to succeed:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in CRM / Data-related role
- Good understanding of managing data, acknowledging trends and reporting
- Worked in a role that involves troubleshooting
- Degree in related subject field
- Strong people and communication skills
- Willingness to run training for people across the business as/when required
