You will be working for a well-established contractor on a new-build housing site competing for the last finishing touches and snagging work. This is a temporary contract.
Your new role
- Carry out snagging and de-snagging works across multiple trades
- Complete finishing tasks including joinery, basic plumbing, patch plastering, painting, masticing, and general remedial repairs.
- Identify defects, record findings, and follow up with high-quality rectification work
- Work closely with site managers, supervisors, and quality inspectors
- Ensure all work meets project specifications, compliance standards, and deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
