My client is continuing to invest in its finance function and is looking for hardworking, resilient, and customer-focused Credit Controllers to join its established Credit Control team. Following the implementation of a new finance system, this is an exciting time to join a business that is driving improvement, enhancing processes, and creating opportunities for ambitious finance professionals. You'll become part of a large, supportive team that plays a critical role in managing cash flow and building strong customer relationships across the business. Working within a busy and fast-paced credit function, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, reducing aged debt, and ensuring payments are collected efficiently while maintaining excellent service levels. Managing a portfolio of customer accounts. Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Allocating cash and reconciling accounts. Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and improve collections performance. Contributing to continuous process improvements following the recent system implementation. Experienced in Credit Control, Collections, or Accounts Receivable. Career progression within a large finance function. Ongoing training and development. Competitive salary and benefits package.
