Your new company Hays are working exclusively with a successful business in the Healthcare/ Care Home Industry who are looking for a Sales Ledger Controller/ Credit Controller to join their Finance team Your new role You will be taking responsibility for the Credit control and Sales Ledger function for a number of their sites and duties will include: Credit Control:Manage and maintain the sales ledger, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts in a professional, firm, yet compassionate manner. Raising Invoices:Ensure invoices are raised promptly and accurately in line with client agreements and contractual terms. Posting Remittances:Process incoming payments, posting remittances against relevant accounts to maintain accurate records. Liaising with Care Homes:Work closely with care home managers and staff to resolve any queries, provide support, and ensure smooth financial operations. Record Keeping & Reporting:Maintain clear and accurate records of transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Other Ad-Hoc Duties:Assist with any other finance-related tasks as required, supporting the team and wider business needs.
