We are currently recruiting Permanent SEN Teaching Assistants to join a supportive and well-established Special Educational Needs (SEN) school based in Coventry, starting September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and are seeking a long-term role within a specialist education setting.
- Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, and social, emotional and behavioural needs
- Providing 1-to-1 and small-group support in line with individual education plans (IEPs)
- Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and independence
- Helping to maintain a safe, calm, and inclusive learning environment
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN in a school, care, or support setting
- Confidence supporting pupils with additional or complex needs
- Comfortable supporting pupils with personal care where required
- A good understanding of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
- A genuine commitment to making a positive difference in pupils' lives
