An exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to lead a small team responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of financial, statutory and management reporting. The role will ensure compliance with accounting standards, maintain a robust control environment, support audit activities and drive continuous improvements across reporting processes. Lead, develop and mentor a small Financial Reporting team. Oversee the preparation of management accounts and financial reporting packs. Coordinate the production of statutory accounts in line with IFRS and/or UK GAAP. Ensure balance sheet integrity through review of reconciliations, journals, accruals and prepayments. Maintain strong financial controls and governance processes. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support senior management decision-making. Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business. Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Strong financial reporting and statutory accounting experience. Experience leading or supervising a small finance team. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting systems.
