Costs Lawyer (US firm) 5+ To £££
Rare opening at this popular US firm for an experienced costs lawyer to work with litigators in London and across the firms. The team are involved in disputes including shipping, banking, employment, property, patents and general commercial litigation and are involved in court litigation and arbitrations. You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing costs schedules, statements of costs and detailed bills of costs.
- Reviewing and commenting on documents submitted by other parties.
- Preparing and advising on costs budgets and client estimates.
Ideally, you will have worked at a large City/regional practice and have experience of dealing with shipping disputes and arbitration proceedings and have experience of CostMaster.
