Your new companyCorporate Tax Lawyer required by specialist tax law firm – this role will be 100% remote working, and you can be based anywhere in the UK. This Firm prides itself in being agile in its delivery of complex advice in a straightforward and jargon-free language, making commercial and pragmatic recommendations to support their clients.Your new roleAs this Firm's Corporate Tax Lawyer, you will be working with a dedicated team of specialist tax lawyers with previous experience of working with national and international firms. You will be advising entrepreneurs and private companies on the whole spectrum of tax issues – this includes start-ups and new investments, buy-outs, EIS, employee incentives, profit extraction and executive remuneration; re-sale tax planning, company sales and acquisitions, personal tax issues for shareholders; succession issues and company reorganisations. You will also have the opportunity to provide consultancy services to other professionals, such as law firms and accountants.What you'll need to succeedThe Firm is looking for at least 3 years post qualified experience, ideally within a National Firm.
