Having achieved significant growth in recent years, this modern award-winning accountancy firm based in the West Midlands, has a new opportunity within their successful corporate tax team.
Your new role
This is a technically focussed role advising on predominantly corporate projects which will often include reorganisations, business sales, EMI and other share scheme advice, ESI advice, and valuations, amongst other key work schemes. You will take a leading role but with the support of an established corporate tax team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have a minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience working in a corporate tax advisory role. You will enjoy working in a predominantly technically focussed role without the distractions of business development targets.
