Job Description
Your new companyProgressive and successful multi-office accountancy firm seeking to recruit a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their team as they undergo a significant period of expansion. Now seeking ambitious individuals seeking to work with mainly OMB clients to support with both compliance and advisory work.
Your new roleAs an Assistant Manager within this Corporate Tax team, you will work with owner-managed and corporate clients from a range of industries to deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services. You will work proactively to identify advisory opportunities, working with senior members of the team to deliver comprehensive tax projects across a range of matters such as due diligence work, restructuring, demergers, share valuations, CFCs, R&D claims and a range of other tax considerations. Additionally, you will manage tax compliance work, reviewing the work of junior members of the team and supporting their development through effective feedback and coaching.
What you'll need to succeedYou will be ACCA/ ACA qualified as a minimum and will be ideally CTA qualified or studying towards CTA exams with a good exam track record. You will have prior corporate tax experience working with SME businesses and will be adept at developing excellent relationships both internally and externally.
