Your new company A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Director or Associate Director to help build and grow its mid-market advisory practice.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially focused deal professional to take ownership of client relationships, drive business development, and play a key role in establishing a high-growth service line with a clear route to Partnership.
Your new role Lead buy-side and sell-side M A transactions from origination through to completion.
Deliver financial due diligence assignments, including acquisitions, disposals, and management buyouts.
Advise clients on deal structuring, completion mechanisms, earn-outs, and post-completion matters.
Work closely with legal advisers, investors, and other transaction stakeholders.
Build relationships with corporates, private equity firms, lawyers, and introducers.
Identify and win new business opportunities within the mid-market.
Contribute to pitches, proposals, and cross-selling initiatives.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
What you'll need to succeed ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
