An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tenancy Coordinator to join a well-established housing team on an interim basis, with the potential for longer-term work. This role offers a varied and hands-on caseload, ideal for someone confident in managing tenancies and dealing with complex housing issues.
Your new role
- Salary: £30,700 per annum (approx. £15.74 per hour)
- Contract: Interim (initial 2 months with potential to extend)
- Hours: Full-time preferred
- Hybrid/agile working available
- Regular estate visits and community engagement required
- Office presence needed for duty coverage and team support
- Managing a designated housing patch
- Handling tenancy and neighbourhood management issues
- Investigating and managing ASB cases
- Working closely with partner agencies and support services
- Conducting estate inspections and customer visits
- Supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies
