Your new company is an innovative organisation within a technology, engineering-focused sector seeking a Procurement Contracts expert to join its busy Procurement Supply Chain function. Working across several programmes, you will support procurement activity, manage supplier documentation, and ensure compliance with internal processes and export controls.

Your new role involves supporting the procurement team with contracting activity, supplier engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain supplier NDAs
  • Draft and support RFP/RFQ/RFI packs
  • Monitor supplier compliance and export controls
  • Assist with supplier T&C negotiations
  • Issue and track contracts to signature
  • Maintain accurate contract records
  • Flag and escalate contractual risks
  • Work with Legal, Compliance and Procurement teams
  • Support supplier onboarding and issue resolution
  • Help improve procurement and contract processes
What you'll need to succeed:
  • Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC)
  • Experience accessing UK/US export-controlled information
  • Experience in contract management within procurement, ideally in a space, aerospace or defence environment
  • Strong understanding of UK, US and international trade compliance frameworks
  • Experience using procurement and contract lifecycle management tools
  • Ability to interpret and apply contractual and regulatory requirements effectively
  • Confident in drafting clear and concise contractual documentation and engaging professionally with suppliers
