This is a fully remote contract opportunity working within a secure and highly regulated environment, ensuring the integrity, consistency and governance of critical IT systems and infrastructure. You will play a key role in maintaining configuration management processes, controlling changes, ensuring audit compliance and supporting the successful deployment of technology services across the organisation. What You'll Be Doing Managing and maintaining Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs). Identifying, categorising and tracking configuration items including servers, software, documentation and infrastructure assets. Establishing and maintaining hardware and software baselines.
