Your New Organisation My client is a top provider of integrated facilities management services, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high compliance standards. As part of the account team, you will be instrumental in ensuring all compliance activities are thoroughly completed and documented. Your New Role As the Compliance Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting compliance activities to ensure they meet contractual obligations. You will be collaborating closely with the Compliance Team. Your main task will be to audit all compliance records and activities, both self-delivered and outsourced, to determine the compliance status throughout the contract with the client. After establishing the status, you will conduct a gap analysis and create an action plan to address any deficiencies. You will ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and clearly documented, with records maintained in an organised library for easy access. You will work with the Compliance Manager and Compliance Team to ensure ongoing activities meet all required standards. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and seek innovative ways to streamline compliance processes.
