Our client is a Top 40 law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a Complex Property Damage Solicitor/Lawyer to join on a remote working basis. The firm is offering a competitive salary and annual bonus.
Your new role
This Complex Property Damage Solicitor role will see you handle your own caseload of property damage claims on behalf of a range of large insurer clients. Claims will fall into three categories: subrogated property recoveries, defendant public liability property damage and policy coverage work. Damages will result from fires, floods, escape of water and oil, impact damage and explosions. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with a number of insurers. Subrogated recovery claims are often in excess of £250,000.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor, CILEX or barrister with a minimum of 6 months qualifying property damage / insurance experience. Business development skills are beneficial. You must have excellent client care and communication skills. Multi-track experience is also beneficial.
