Your new role
As a Legal Counsel, you will be an integral part of a small, dedicated in-house legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. In this role, you will focus on drafting and reviewing commercial contracts that are essential to business operations and partnerships. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the legal complexities of the payments industry. This position offers the flexibility of working fully remotely, allowing you to balance work and life effectively.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience: Significant experience in the payments industry dealing with commercial contracts, either in-house or from a reputable private practice firm.
- Qualification: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE (as a guideline only).
- Skills: Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What you’ll get in return
A base salary of £85,000 – £120,000 depending on experience, and a flexible approach to hybrid working, with the option to work on a fully remote basis.
