Here at Hays, I am working with a public sector body based in Leeds City Centre on the recruitment of a Commercial & Contracts Manager. This is a full-time position that offers hybrid working and a competitive salary along with some great public sector benefits. You will be managing two members of staff and sitting within the Digital Services team. The purpose of this role will be to oversee all commercial and contractual activities for the function, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s regulations and legal compliance for technology procurement. Key Responsibilities for this role: Manage new technology procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract finalisation, to secure the best value and terms for the university.
