We're seeking an experienced Cognigy Virtual Agent Engineer to join a major organisation undergoing significant investment in Conversational AI, Generative AI and automation technologies.
This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll be responsible for developing advanced chatbot and voicebot capabilities, integrating enterprise platforms, and helping internal engineering teams build long-term expertise in AI-powered customer and employee engagement solutions.
The successful consultant will play a key role in enabling the organisation to establish a sustainable Conversational AI capability and Centre Key Responsibilities Design, develop and enhance chatbot and voicebot solutions using Cognigy.
