Your new company
Our client is a reputable law firm with an office in Manchester City Centre. During a period of growth, they are recruiting clinical negligence lawyers with 5+ years PQE. This is a full-time position, however, they may also be open to part-time on a 4-day basis.
Your new role
This Clinical Negligence Lawyer role will see you handle your own caseload of complex, high-value clinical negligence cases from inception to trial. Claims include, but are not limited to, amputation, misdiagnosis, and birth injury. You may be asked to provide supervision and mentoring to junior members of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 5+ years of clinical negligence experience.
- Experience of high-value, complex clinical negligence claims is required, including exposure to amputation and birth injuries.
- Previous experience using Proclaim case management software is ideal.
- Previous experience with business development and attending networking events is essential.
