Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client queries via phone and email with professionalism and care
- Supporting the Client Services team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing service

- Previous experience in financial services or banking
- Confident and articulate communicator, especially over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
