Your new school Join our wonderful team of class supervisors here at Hays who support a number of our schools in the Stafford and Stone area as a class supervisor. You will get to work at a range of local schools on the days that suit your availability best. You must be happy to travel within 20-30 minutes of your home postcode. Your new role As a class supervisor, you will be doing exactly that! Supervising the class during the teachers\’ absence, ensuring that all pupils remain on task with pre-set work and being sure to follow each school\’s behavioural and safeguarding policy whilst you are there. You will be given a full timetable for the day you are in school and could supervise a range of different lessons, such as P.E, English, Maths, Art etc. What you\’ll need to succeed To succeed, you will need to have some sort of experience working with children in any sort of group capacity, such as sports coaching, dance teaching, swimming teaching, sports camp, tutoring, mentoring, group leaders, group volunteers etc. What you\’ll get in return You will get to work for Hays, one of the leading Education specialists, where the work is completely flexible – you choose the days each week that you are available for work, which can differ from week to week.
