We're hiring a Chartered Civil Engineer to join a large, national engineering design firm, with an office network around the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that delivers a range of engineering design projects.
You will work on marine engineering projects, transforming ports and marine infrastructure to deliver offshore renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities Undertake the design and structural assessment of marine infrastructure.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing clear and professional technical guidance.
Review designs and drawings to ensure compliance with relevant standards, best practices, contractual requirements, and client expectations, maintaining high-quality technical delivery.
Ensure all work adheres to Health Safety regulations, including CDM requirements and other applicable legislation.
Demonstrate an understanding of construction contracts and professional appointments, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
Use relevant engineering analysis and design software, including Auto CAD, with a continuous commitment to developing technical skills.
