Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next opportunity in Chippenham? Hays Education is working with a number of welcoming primary schools across Chippenham and the surrounding areas who are seeking dedicated HLTAs to support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic HLTA who enjoys making a positive impact on pupils' progress, delivering targeted interventions, and confidently covering classes when required.

The Role
/n
/n
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
/n
- Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
/n
- Lead small group and 1:1 interventions
/n
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
/n
- Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
/n
- Foster a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
/n
/n
What We're Looking For
/n
/n
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
/n
- Previous experience working within a UK primary school setting
/n
- Confidence leading whole-class learning when needed
/n
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
/n
- A proactive and adaptable approach
/n
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
/n
- Right to work in the UK
/n
/n
