Your new role Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and senior leadership team, the Chief Operating Officer will play a pivotal role in translating strategy into delivery.
With responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, you will lead operational performance, organisational effectiveness, governance, risk and business improvement initiatives.
You will ensure that people, processes and resources are aligned to support growth, profitability and an outstanding client experience.
The role will also involve leading change programmes, developing management capability, improving operational efficiency and providing clear leadership across the business.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape the future direction of the firm while ensuring strong execution of its strategic objectives.
