As part of its continued growth strategy, the firm is seeking an ambitious Accounts Senior Manager or Director to join the leadership team. Whilst there is an established portfolio of existing clients to inherit, the firm is keen to appoint a commercially driven individual who enjoys developing relationships, winning new business and helping to shape the future growth of the practice. As Accounts Senior Manager / Director, you will take responsibility for managing a substantial portfolio of clients whilst supporting the ongoing development and growth of the firm's accounts and advisory offering. Providing strategic accounting, business advisory and commercial guidance. Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the region. Identifying opportunities to grow service lines and expand client engagements. Leading networking and business development activities. Reviewing statutory accounts and overseeing high-quality service delivery. Contributing towards the long-term leadership and succession plans of the practice. Proven business development and client relationship management skills. Experience winning new work, generating referrals and developing professional networks. A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities. Previous leadership and team management experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
