Your new company
You will be working for a growing and proactive property organisation delivering robust support to the senior leadership team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing and processing rent payments, landlord monies, deposits and processing management fees. You will be experienced at managing client accounts and company accounts, service charges, lease payments etc. You will have excellent communication skills and be keen to work in a small, busy, friendly team. Ideally with experience of working on Re-leased software or other property software.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of working in a property environment and have a strong understanding of the separate client and company accounts. You will have dealt with lease payments, service charges, landlord payments and extensive account reconciliations. You will be locally based to Chertsey and be keen to be office based.
