Job Description Interim Group Financial Controller Gloucester/ Hybrid Lead the financial strategy and operations of a growing, dynamic group. We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller on an to take ownership of group-wide financial management and reporting. This is a pivotal role, ensuring robust financial governance, delivering accurate and timely reporting, and driving continuous improvement across the finance function. You will lead a talented team, oversee consolidated accounts, and partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Manage the group's financial reporting process, including consolidated accounts and statutory compliance. Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and controls. Provide insightful analysis to support strategic planning and business performance. Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Support M&A activity, including due diligence and integration. Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience. Proven track record in group financial control and leadership. Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with consolidations. Experience in multi-entity or international group structures and ERP system implementation.
