Your new role

As a Chartered Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of residential valuation and survey services in line with RICS standards. This will include undertaking property inspections and producing Home Reports, mortgage valuations, and private surveys. You will manage your own workload and diary, ensuring efficient delivery of reports while maintaining excellent service levels. You will also provide expert advice to clients on property condition, risks, and market value within your local area.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Be MRICS or FRICS qualified (Residential pathway preferred)
  • Have experience carrying out residential surveys and valuations
