Chartered Building Surveyor / NEC Supervisor

Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor with NEC experience to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the commercial, industrial, public sector and infrastructure markets, supporting the successful delivery of complex developments.Your new role The successful candidate will undertake a combination of Building Surveying and NEC Supervisor responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, quality standards and client expectations.Working closely with project teams and contractors, you will play a key role in monitoring quality, managing compliance and providing technical expertise throughout the construction lifecycle. Undertake the duties of the NEC Supervisor under NEC3 and NEC4 contracts. Carry out site inspections and quality assurance reviews on live projects.
