Your new role The Change Partner is responsible for supporting the delivery and adoption of business change initiatives, working closely with leaders, stakeholders and project teams to embed new ways of working across the organisation, covering a diverse portfolio of projects covering digital, cultural, facilities and capital infrastructure related initiatives.

As the Change Partner, you will help assess change impacts, develop engagement/communication plans, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure colleagues are supported through transition.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management plans, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement and successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.

Partner with project teams and operational stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify risks and support the delivery of key business transformation initiatives.

Design and deliver communications, engagement activities, training and coaching interventions to support employees throughout the change journey.
