Your new company Our client is a well-regarded defendant firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for a Casualty Fraud solicitor/lawyer to join their Manchester office. Your new role This Casualty Fraud Solicitor/lawyer role will see you: Handle your own caseload of casualty fraud files. Work on a mixture of delegated and non-delegated authority files. Conduct investigations, review evidence and deal with disclosure. Conduct CMCs and applications. Liaise with a range of household insurer clients. What you\’ll need to succeed You should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive, but those qualified by experience are encouraged to apply. You must have previous experience handling your own caseload of EL/PL files. Fraud experience is desirable. Defendant experience is desirable. Applicants must have excellent communication and advocacy skills.
