Opportunity for a Project Manager to lead a high impact Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programme using Microsoft Purview. Starting with email protection and scaling across mobile and end-user devices (iPads, endpoints), this role combines technical delivery with real business change - driving how data is protected and used across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of the DLP programme (scope, timelines, milestones)
- Roll out data classification, sensitivity labelling, and DLP policies across M365
- Lead a phased deployment (email first, expanding to mobile/end-user devices)
- Drive business change, adoption, and user engagement
- Partner with comms teams to deliver clear, impactful rollout messaging
- Engage stakeholders across Security, IT, and the wider business
- Ensure alignment with GDPR and data protection standards
What you'll need to succeed
