Your New Role As the Infrastructure Operations Engineer, you will take ownership of business-critical platforms, including core banking systems, payments services and job scheduling environments.
You will play a key role in ensuring these platforms remain stable, secure and highly available, while supporting the ongoing development and improvement of operational processes.
You will lead the technical response to major incidents, coordinating recovery activities, providing clear communication to stakeholders and driving issues through to long-term resolution.
