The Opportunity
An established organisation is seeking an Employee Relations & Policy Manager to lead on complex employee relations casework, policy development, and HR compliance.
This is a varied and influential role, balancing approximately 60% employee relations case management and 40% policy development and governance.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance on a broad range of HR matters, helping to foster a supportive, inclusive, and solution-focused working environment.
