Your new role
You will play a key role as a Business Analyst, acting as a bridge between non-technical stakeholders and the Digital/IT team. You will work across a range of digital initiatives, helping to identify business needs, improve processes, and deliver effective technology solutions, with a strong focus on CRM (Dynamics 365) and Power Platform. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis through to solution design, testing, and implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Analyse and document requirements, ensuring solutions are clearly defined and prioritised
- Support the design and configuration of CRM (Dynamics 365) and Power Platform solutions
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful delivery
- Lead or support testing activities to validate solutions meet business requirements
