Hays are now looking for an SC Cleared Test Analyst for one of our local clients:
- 1-2 days a week onsite, the rest is WFH
In the role you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of digital services. Working within an agile, multidisciplinary team, you'll focus on manual and exploratory testing to support user-centred, secure, and high-quality systems.
- Designing and executing manual test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria
- Carrying out functional, exploratory, and regression testing
- Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and release readiness
- Testing for accessibility, usability, compatibility, and basic security risks
- Contributing to test documentation, test plans, and continuous quality improvements
Proven experience in a manual testing or test analyst role:
- Strong skills in test design, execution, and exploratory testing
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment
- Ability to clearly communicate defects and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting UAT or production releases
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
